One on One Training
All sessions are tailored to client needs; therefore session lengths and the number of days per week are dependent on your goals. The first session will involve a full evaluation of your fitness level and provide a customized nutrition guide and training outline.
The following are general guidelines we recommend:
- One session per week for maintenance or direction
- Two sessions per week for fat loss or muscle gain
- Three sessions per week for the fastest rate of fat loss
60 minute 1 on 1 personal training session pricing (monthly installment payments offered)
- 1 Month (8 sessions at $170 per session)
- 3 Months (24 sessions at $160 per session) — A $240 SAVINGS
- 6 Months (48 sessions at $150 per session) — A $960 SAVINGS
Small Group Training
Enjoy the customization and personal attention with a friend and enjoy the savings and the support. Below is the pricing per person (max of 3).
- 1 Month (8 sessions at $125 per session)
- 3 Months (24 sessions at $120 per session) — A $120 SAVINGS
- 6 Months (48 sessions at $115 per session) — A $480 SAVINGS
